Trained girls & graduands

From classroom to career: girls trained, employed, and self-reliant.

A certificate alone doesn't change life in Kibera. What matters is whether a young woman completes training, lands a job or starts a small business, and keeps earning after graduation. Around 90% of all graduates are employed or pursuing additional training — in salons, studios, and workshops, in other work they choose, or in further education. Starter kits on graduation mean she can begin earning immediately, not months later. Dropout stays very low because support doesn't end when class ends. Mentorship, wellness care, and practical help with childcare and transport keep girls in the program until they're ready to stand on their own.

Found PSF when i was at my lowest

"Transitioning from survival mode to self-belief was a complete miracle for me. My name is Brillian Lutomia, a Cohort 7 graduate in Fashion Design. Before Passion to Share Foundation found me, I was at my lowest point—unemployed, depressed, and living without hope. Today, I have my own home, food on my table, and savings for the future. In just six months, PSF didn't just teach me a skills ; they restored my self-worth. They gave me the tools to build a career, the confidence to stand tall, and a spirit of hard work and giving back. Since graduating, I’ve secured stable employment, volunteered to help the elderly in my community, and even won a local fashion design competition. I will never forget the kindness PSF showed me when I had nothing. Now, I am equipped and eager to pass that light on to others. Thank you, PSF!"

When a girl earns, a household thrives.

Having acquired the skills from PSF has been the greatest achievement I have ever thought would come to pass, my name is Evelyn Adhiambo. Coming from a background that is not well off, with no dreams of continuing with studies from Form Four, the only option left was marriage or hustling through casual jobs and mama fua work to survive. PSF came through for me. I was able to study and graduate at no cost to me, and now I am a working-class lady from the skill that I was taught. Currently, I was able to move from my aunt's place and acquire a bedsitter that I now live in. I was also able to bring my siblings along with me, and we stay together happily. I am really grateful to PSF for such an opportunity, and I pray for more blessings ahead. write the statement with more simple English and make it interesting and appealing to donors

The ultimate proof of impact: PSF graduates coming back to mentor.

Hi, I'm Josephine Mboya, a passionate Graphic Designer whose journey in design began at Passion to Share Foundation (PSF) as part of Cohort 4. For me, design isn't just about creating beautiful visuals it's about telling stories, solving problems, and bringing ideas to life. The funny thing is, once I start clicking, scrolling, and creating, I completely lose track of time. That's when I know I'm doing what I truly love. Because someone once invested in my growth, I believe in giving back. Whenever I have free time, I visit PSF to mentor and support the ladies there, sharing the knowledge and skills that were so generously shared with me. Seeing someone else discover their creative potential is one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. Beyond design, I'm also an entrepreneur and the founder of I Believe Apparels, a Christian apparel brand that combines faith with creativity. Through every design, every project, and every product, my goal is simple to create work that inspires, impacts, and points people to something greater. For me, creativity is more than a career. It's a calling.
